Before your appointment
Is there anything I need to do to prepare for my auto detail visit?
Please remove non-essential personal items from every part of the vehicle we're cleaning (bags, blankets, kids' toys). Tell us any gate codes, and either be there to hand over the keys or leave them somewhere safe for contactless service.
Will you bring your own water and electricity?
Yes. Our vans carry water and power. For very large or very dirty vehicles we may use your spigot with our own hose; we won't need your outlets.
What areas do you serve?
All of intown Atlanta, plus Decatur, Avondale Estates, Tucker, Brookhaven, Chamblee, Dunwoody, Sandy Springs, Vinings, Smyrna, Marietta, East Point, Hapeville and College Park. Alpharetta and Roswell are available with a travel fee.
How do I know what size to book my vehicle as?
Sedans are cars. Compact and midsize two-row SUVs, pickups and minivans are the SUV/truck/minivan tier. Three-row SUVs like the Kia Telluride are 3-row. Full-size SUVs, heavy-duty trucks and vans are XL.

How long does a car detailing service visit usually last?
Plan on two to three hours per vehicle for Essentials or Deluxe. Superior can take longer depending on the paint.
What if it rains on the day my car detail is scheduled?
We wait until the day of to decide. If we need to reschedule, we'll call, text or email right away and book the next opening that works for you.
How will I be billed? Can I pay with a credit card?
You'll get a text or email when we're done and an emailed invoice within a day. Pay online with any major card, or let your tech know before they leave if you'd rather pay cash or check.
What if I need to move or cancel my appointment?
Give us at least 72 hours' notice. Our techs count on their appointments, and with notice we can fill your spot.

What is the difference between a car wash and a car detail?
A car wash is a surface clean. A detail cleans, restores and protects every surface inside and out: brake dust off the wheels, a clay bar for bonded grime, polish and sealant outside, and vacuum, shampoo and conditioning inside.
What are the benefits of detailing my car?
It keeps the car looking new, reduces your exposure to dirt and allergens, extends the car's life, and raises what it sells for.
Do you offer interior only detailing?
Yes. Interior Only starts at $179.99 for a car. For anything outside our packages, text photos to 404-500-7025 for a quote.
Should I wax my car?
Yes. Wax protects the clear coat from UV, acid rain and contaminants. Most pros recommend every three to four months, or a ceramic sealant twice a year.
What is a clay bar treatment?
A putty-like clay, used with a lubricant, that lifts bonded grime from the paint before wax or sealant goes on. Aim for at least twice a year.
